Help Needed Now: St. Boniface Hospital in Haiti

Fancy’s film about maternal/neonatal health at St. Boniface Hospital in Fond des Blancs, Haiti

In 2014, Fancy brought a team of six women (and one man!) to the Southern Peninsula of Haiti to film the extraordinary work of Health Equity International (formerly SBHF) at St. Boniface Hospital, and the new maternal and neonatal center being built by Build Health International. Since then, BHI has built a new surgical center, an infectious disease containment center, added significant solar power, the list goes on. During this time outpatient visits increased by 300%. The surgical center alone sees about 270 patients each month! The people of southern Haiti know and trust St. Boniface Hospital to be there for them.

We need to be there for St. Boniface Hospital.

After the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that shook the country on Saturday, unlike many others, St. Boniface Hospital saw little to no structural damage and has been accepting patients from all over the area. They need our help. Please join us in donating right away and help St. Boniface Hospital help more people right now.
